This position can be based out of Seattle, WA (preferred) or Phoenix, AZ. Amazon is looking for a motivated individual with a background in loss prevention and security who possess strong project management experience to help lead efforts among the GSF Loss Prevention team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, the ability to tackle multiple projects concurrently, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This candidate must be able to act as a liaison for multiple business units, support groups, and leaders while providing strategic insight for new business processes, site launches, and programs. An ideal candidate will have experience with investigations, access control systems, intrusion detection, site launches, and contractor/vendor management with history of outstanding performance on a multi-site/regional level. This role will be responsible for helping to integrate loss prevention standards and programs into GSF
· Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security or related field, or equivalent work · 10+ years of Security / Loss Prevention experience · 7+ years of experience in the following disciplines; investigations, physical security systems, program management, project management. · Experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing, and/or deploying, and maintaining large-scale projects · Site launch experience from initial planning to hand-off · Experience with all Microsoft Office applications. · Security certification such as CPP, PSP, CFE, CPTED · Experience in working with
