Audible - an Amazon company and perpetual innovator – is looking for a Growth Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in either Newark NJ or Seattle WA (the team is split equally across Audible’s NJ and SEA offices). The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic initiatives identified as growth drivers for the company. More specifically, this individual will define, develop and, ultimately, execute against the long-term vision, product roadmap and Go-To-Market plan across assigned strategic growth initiatives. This individual will also serve as PMO, ensuring ongoing team delivery against plans. This role requires a customer-obsessed, analytical mindset with an ability to partner closely with Market Research and Data Science to unearth and leverage customer and market insights to drive strategy development. You will work closely and collaboratively with multiple other partners as well – Acquisition Marketing, Member Engagement, Product, Finance, Business Development, and
· Bachelor's degree required. · 5-10 years of relevant strategic marketing/planning, e-commerce and/or consulting experience. · Proven record of developing and executing consumer strategies to drive significant growth. · Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with teams across an organization to achieve business results. · Excellent project management skills. · Experience working closely with Market Research, Data Science and Product teams to unearth and utilize insights in developing growth strategies and plans. · Strong written and oral communication skills. · Strong organizational skills
