The Selling Partner Recruitment and Development team is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management to own our strategy for Selling Partner Onboarding. You will own a team of Online Marketers, Product Managers, WebDevs, and BIs that are responsible for understanding the needs of our Selling Partners and ensuring they are guided to Selling Programs that maximize their success on Amazon. You'll use tech to dynamically target Selling Partners; collect data through new mechanisms; guide Selling Partners to the right programs through new content, site design, and layout (working with partner programs to ensure their needs

· Have 8+ years of product management and/or management consulting experience. · Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to prioritize and back up assumptions · Have a proven history of generating insights from customer journey/website analytics, developing hypotheses for improving conversion, and leading tests which prove your ideas build the business. · Take ownership of results and be comfortable floating between strategic thinking and tactical execution to deliver the needs of your business. · Show the ability to manage a cross-functional team including analysts,
