Customer Service is looking for a Program Manager to join our Global Outsourcing team. In this role, the Program Manager will partner with other businesses within Amazon, assess their business needs and build solutions utilizing Amazon’s global outsourcing network. The Program Manager will deliver new solutions and help further the long term network strategy. This opportunity requires an excellent ability to learn quickly, handle and drive towards multiple deadlines, and the ability to succeed in Amazon’s fast-paced, data driven, results-oriented environment. At the core of the position is high attention to detail,

· Proven written and verbal communication skills. · 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, program management, or project management. · 3+ years of experience with data analysis, either in professional experience or the equivalent in education. · 3+ years of experience with Excel (advanced knowledge) and Microsoft Office. · Proven knowledge of customer service, business reporting, business requirements analysis, and process improvement. · Bachelor’s degree in related field.· Superior written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making
