· 3+ years of marketing experience · Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements · BA/BS required. · 3+ years of relevant work experience managing online customer experience, marketing strategies, and site merchandising, preferably in consumer retail, e-commerce or subscription based business. · Proven track record of creating customer segmentation and executing testing plans. · Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating relevant results upwards. · High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage
