· BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience · 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including acquisition and performance marketing · 5+ years of experience leading a multi-functional digital marketing team or organization with direct oversight of some or all of the following: SEM, mobile app marketing, social media, display, funnel optimization, creative development and/or e-commerce · Experience hiring and managing a team · Experience managing global teams and KPIs · Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to detailed execution · Strong leadership and communication
