Own the overall strategic vision and plan for Microsoft certification programs from end-user certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office) to our most advanced technical certifications (e.g., Azure Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator). Develop a strategic business plan to ensure Microsoft meets our business goals, with a high priority on increasing the number of individuals who are certified on Microsoft's cloud technologies. Proven experience with certification or other training products. 5+ years in product (or program) management, strong product management skills. Proven record with strategy creation and execution. Experience working with technical teams to enable deployment of products or capabilities in an agile environment.
