As the Global Lead for Concessions Abuse Prevention (CAP), you will be responsible for empowering your people to think like owners, and partnering on/or leading local and global initiatives to set new standards in shipping and delivery support (SDS). You will have the opportunity to work with business, operations and program teams across Amazon to meet the SDS qualitative and quantitative goals. You have to thrive in the type of environment that is constantly growing and evolving. · Bachelor’s degree OR three years of Amazon customer service experience · 7+ years of people management experience · Project management experience · Experience managing teams of 1000+ direct and indirect reports including leadership roles · Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred · Lean/Six Sigma experience · Experience in contact center, retail, or e-commerce operations · Strong communication and presentation skills
