Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) team is responsible for protecting our customers across every Amazon product line. The Customer Trust and Partner Support Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the Payment Fraud Prevention team within TRMS, which identifies and blocks orders where Buyers commit payment fraud (i.e. using a stolen credit card) in order to recover bad debt. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as a dedicated finance partner for the Payment Fraud Prevention team and assist with reporting and support for other TRMS teams where necessary · Work closely with other Finance and FP and A teams to build scalable budgeting and forecasting processes · Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior management · Manage budget for vendor spend and approvals
· Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience · BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent· Strong financial modeling and financial analytical skills; Superior attention to detail · Required proficiency in Excel (macros, index, pivots, lookups) · Exceptional financial and controllership skills, coupled with strong business judgment · Experience working in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment · Demonstrated
