Have you ever thought about what it takes to detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purchases among hundreds of millions of e-Commerce transactions in different countries? Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) team is responsible for protecting our customers across every Amazon product line. The Customer Trust and Partner Support Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the Payment Fraud Prevention team within TRMS, which identifies and blocks orders where Buyers commit payment fraud (i.e. using a stolen credit card) in order to recover bad debt. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as a dedicated finance partner for the Payment Fraud Prevention team and assist with reporting and support for other TRMS teams where necessary · Work closely with other Finance and FP and A teams to build scalable budgeting and forecasting processes · Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior management · Manage budget for vendor spend and approvals

· Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience · BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent· Strong financial modeling and financial analytical skills; Superior attention to detail · Required proficiency in Excel (macros, index, pivots, lookups) · Exceptional financial and controllership skills, coupled with strong business judgment · Experience working in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment · Demonstrated
