The Hardlines business group is the largest and a complex business within Amazon's four core retail businesses (Hardlines,Consumables, Softlines, and Media) Hardlines encompasses a vast and growing range of businesses from multi-billion dollar categories like Home, Kitchen, Toys, Consumer and Automotive to stand-alone subsidiaries like Fabric.com and Woot.com. The Hardlines Finance team plays a critical leadership role partnering with the category leaders, operations and technology teams to continuously innovate, delight customers, grow and optimize their businesses for long term free cash flow. · BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent · Minimum 7 years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience· Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel · Working knowledge of SQL · MBA from a top-tier college, and/or CPA and/or CFA · Highly analytical and detail oriented · Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions · Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment · Ability to meet tight deadlines and
