Amazon Prime, described as "the best bargain in the history of shopping," is the membership program that provides a premium experience on Amazon.com in the US and over 13 international locales. The Prime Finance organization is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Prime Finance Analytics team, which supports WW Prime pricing and benefits. Some of his/her responsibilities include but not limited to: · Partnering with finance and business teams to evaluate program pricing, profitability, and member engagement. · Performing ad-hoc analysis to identify new opportunities for Prime member growth, while measuring the impact of newly launched programs and benefits. · Developing methods to evaluate investment trade-offs in partnership with business and Economics teams · Establishing accurate, flexible and timely reporting processes to identify and highlight key business insights, presenting findings to senior leadership
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field · 5+ years of relevant Finance experience, with demonstrated ability to perform ad-hoc analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making· Ability to manage large, complex datasets and identify key insights · Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment · Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field · Intermediate to advanced knowledge
