The Customer Trust and Partner Support (CT and PS) team is looking for a Finance Manager for the the FP and A team. The CT and PS organization employees over 15,000 employees who provide support to Amazon's Selling Partners while also ensuring that we protect Amazon customers from bad actors. In this role you will support headcount and expense forecasting and reporting for the organization. Additionally, you will help the business identify areas to reduce costs while maintaining a high quality of service for Amazon's Selling Partners and Customers. Key responsibilities include: - Drive standardization and automation of planning and reporting processes - Analyze Opex variances vs. plan and provide insight to business partners including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations - Partner with the business to make trade-off decisions regarding headcount resourcing and support levels - Support internal customer groups in all finance matters including budgeting, forecasting and financial
