The Executive Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Executive Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Amazon highly values the candidate experience and the RC for the Executive Recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of our executive candidates. This person will be the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process. This role will influence candidate and client experience by: Scheduling on-site interviews and working with EAs for the senior leadership. Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interviewing
· Bachelor's degree, or equivilent work experience · This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm. · PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.The ideal candidate will: Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
