· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field · 1+ year of customer facing experience, including helping deliver services to deadlines· Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software/hardware development schedules · Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other similar learning environment a huge plus · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations
