Employee Resource and Inclusion Leader Do you want to play an instrumental role in shaping employee and customer inclusion strategies for Amazon’s high growth environment? Here’s your opportunity! We are seeking an influential and experienced leader to work both strategically and tactically with our internal employee-led diversity groups, known at Amazon as Affinity Groups (AGs). Inclusion and Employee Resource Leader is responsible for evolving our AG strategy, including supporting the alignment of AG strategy to broader D and I and employee engagement efforts, and creating and implementing plans to advance AG maturity to deliver value to the business. You will serve as a thought leader in consulting on strategic initiatives that support and engage our AGs. You may create and update policies and SOPs in partnership with Legal or other teams and educate stakeholders on the impact of changes. Basic Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in related Human Resources or Business field · 7+ years of relevant HR or business experience with emphasis working as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Talent Management or D and I practitioner.Preferred Qualifications · Strong Business Acumen · Critical Systems thinking: the ability to understand, develop, and influence processes and models to achieve desired outcomes · Experience supporting global resource groups related to diversity and inclusion. · Education, training, or certification in project or program management.
