The TZ Lead plays a critical role in helping our field and partners to make the right licensing program choices for our customers as we transform and modernize a $45 billion volume licensing business over the next few years.
Key accountabilities include: Conduct high touch regional engagement with subsidiaries and partners to drive modern licensing priorities and transformation Coach and guide subsidiary and partner leadership to transform and grow cloud business through modern licensing platform Change management and sales enablement: Secure executive buy-in on roadmap, strategy, and priorities Build and execute GTM plans tailored to region/partner Implement policies to accelerate modern and retire legacy Land licensing sales guidance to equip sellers and partners to make the right customer choice while transforming
Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or equivalent with 15 years experience Passion for landing change – collaborative coach, good listener, cultural awareness Strong business acumen and analytical mindset ; Any of the following highly desired – field and partner experience, project management, change management, marketing, sales enablement, licensing Effective multi-faceted communicator – writing, verbal (including public speaking) and Powerpoint Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment Interest in contributing to a diverse and inclusive team Demonstrated
