Do you want to play an instrumental role in bringing leading diversity and inclusion content to Amazonians? Here’s your opportunity! We are seeking an influential diversity product manager to create the content for internal diversity and inclusion conferences and post-conference education. Working with Amazon’s Global Diversity and Inclusion leadership, you will create and develop the content and programming to raise the bar on how Amazonians understand inclusion across subject areas like gender diversity, race, and ethnicity. The content must intersect with Amazon’s culture and Leadership Principles and include in-person materials, livestream programming, and post-conference materials for teams. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs as you implement centralized diversity program execution. Successful candidates will have experience creating products and analyzing data to drive meaningful action,
· Bachelor’s degree or other education/experience related to social justice, equity, inclusion, learning and development, or similar field · 4+ years’ experience developing content for mid to large-scale audiences ranging from entry level to senior leadership · Understanding of history and interest in content around equity, race and ethnicity, gender, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, veterans, and marginalized communities · Experience coordinating content feedback and preferences from multiple vocal and demanding stakeholders· Experience developing content for internal conferences
