We are seeking an influential, experienced, and passionate program manager that will be focused on designing and managing diversity events, conferences, and alternative pipelines/partnerships that help us continue growing a diverse and inclusive workforce as a member of the Operations HR Talent Acquisition team. This person’s primary responsibility will be to provide leadership, management and tracking mechanisms for multiple University and Operations based projects. Responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with targeted universities, colleges and community partners along with developing and implementing proactive program strategies and policies that allow us to attract top talent and support students and professionals. You will help design events and conferences that have social impact but also provide professional
· Bachelors degree required · Experience with program management · Experience in organizing events and programs · Ability to be self-directed and work autonomously · Successful candidate must be highly collaborative · Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively, meet critical deadlines and remain flexible in a changing environment · Demonstrated ability to teach and train other managers and peers · Experience with strategic planning, project management, facilitation and college recruiting programs preferred · Excellent communication skills · Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
