The Microsoft Incentives Operations (MIO) Team is looking for an experienced Incentives Support Director . As the leader of this critical function, you will define the strategy and lead a team delivering world class support. You will own the support of all Microsoft Partners globally, as it relates to the billions of dollars in incentive payments they receive annually. You will partner in a boundary less way with groups across the company to define the future tooling infrastructure and vendor strategy. You

Key Responsibilities: Lead a global team of operations managers who live and breath the partner experience. Define and deliver against all ticket SLA metrics, benchmarked against the industry's best. Capture, analyse and action sentiment from partners to create a better support experience. Determine was to drive cost per contact reduction while maintaining / increasing service level. Deliver self-service capabilities for partners and improve usage over time to lead the industry. Digitally transform the entire e2e process by implementing a new support infrastructure. Lead the future vendor strategy
Required Qualifications: 10+ years' of experience in Operations, Partner Management, Incentives, Finance, or Program Management. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, MBA Strongly Preferred. Proven ability to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success at the Enterprise level. Servant Leadership Characteristics as demonstrated in previous roles. Coach, Mentor, Develop talent inside/outside team. Grit, Vulnerability and Resilience are mainstay qualities that will be leveraged. Experience delivering executive level
