Define and develop the partner led business model strategy and success execution for Microsoft's emerging markets and multi cluster regions Manage a virtual team from many teams to align to the plan and support execution Working with the Microsoft regional leadership team To adopt, deploy and build significant business growth through this partner led model Ensure the best partners are recruited, committed and executing for the joint business goals Engagement and commitment of the supporting Microsoft teams to ensure business growth Ensure alignment, buy-in and support from all Microsoft and partner's
10+ years of experience in partner led business models with focus on development of partner technical practice development, consulting practice development, go to market and sell with capabilities 10+ years of recent industry experience with service or IP development providers 5+ years of experience and knowledge of the cloud-related space and market Knowledge on cloud platforms technologies, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem as it pertains to cloud computing solutions. Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills leveraging internal and external resources when needed
