The digital transformation program ensures digital architecture and infrastructure, transformation services, integrated facility management, sustainability and accessibility behind physical workplace environments. The Transformation Services team drives the sustainability and accessibility strategy for RE and S and manages readiness for new solutions. The team defines the overall sustainability and accessibility vision and strategy and develops sustainability practices and policies. The team also develops new solutions and oversees all sustainability and accessibility programs and initiatives. Microsoft workplaces are becoming more sustainable, accessible and connected while the tools and processes for delivering the built environment are rapidly changing. Digital Construction Manager will define a clear vision for digital building lifecycle by managing and developing the global digital construction strategy, standards and guidelines. The role collaborates closely with various partners educating them about the full spectrum of digital construction tools and leverages emerging technology to support global Microsoft RE and S teams. The successful candidate will have functional knowledge of digital tools in architectural design, engineering, construction management or facility management. The candidate should have experience overseeing the creation and execution of BIM based building projects and coordinating the work of project leaders across stakeholder organizations. As such, the individual must also be an excellent communicator and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
