Help drive universal language and visual communications into the Fluent Design System Work with multidisciplinary team to deliver beautiful end-to-end user experiences across multiple screens Define and deliver beautiful product experience through foundational graphic communication design Applications of visual design language, brand, and illustration to interaction design flows, and UX scenarios Partner with interaction designer, PM and engineering to deliver thoughtful design solutions Help develop and refine processes, design language, UI pattern libraries, UI toolkits and design guidelines
3+ years of work related experience required. Must have strong communication design/ visual design skills Solid understanding of cross platform design Should have a current understanding of web and mobile technology, know the constraints, be willing to push the limits and apply creative solutions that result in great user experiences. Proficiency in modern design software Ability to demonstrate and present an in-depth knowledge of fundamental design practices such as grids, typography, color theory, space, form, scale and hierarchy is an absolute.
