· 5+ years of corporate in-house and Design agency recruiting experience sourcing top-tier digital design talent. · Prior experience in a talent mapping/research capacity for passive candidate generation. · Experience owning pipeline delivery for a centralized recruiting function. · Proven ability to partner effectively with other recruiting professionals. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. · Experience sourcing, engaging, and leading creative candidates through the interview process.
