The Deals team is seeking a highly customer-centric and motivated individual to help manage the processes that position deals to Amazon customers. You will have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day programs that ensure Amazon is providing the best customer experience possible when it comes to how our customers interact with deals. Ideal candidates will have a passion for continuously raising the bar and challenging the status quo. This is a global role that will include interaction with global teams and requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business stakeholders. Travel may be required. The right candidate loves solving complex problems, is passionate about providing customers high quality products at amazing prices. You should also have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of being able to successfully identify a solution, prepare a plan, and execute it with strong results. · BS/BA degree · Experience working with partners and managing cross-functional projects · Experience with leading programs for vendors and/or sellers · Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines· Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes · Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others · Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions · Excellent verbal and written communication
