This is a growing team within Amazon and we are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Data Engineers to be part of this exciting new road map. You should have deep expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets. You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand data requirements, and to build ETL to ingest the data into the Data Warehouse. You should be expert at designing,
· This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and 3+ years of relevant employment experience. · 5+ years work experience in using SQL and databases in a business environment. · Experience operating very large Data Warehouses. · Solid Oracle skills. · Solid communication skills and team player. · A passion for technology. We are looking for someone who is keen to leverage their existing skills while trying new approaches. · Expertise in Data Visualization· Knowledge in using OLAP technologies and BI Analytics. · Linux skills will be an advantage.
