Are you an experienced media analyst ready to partner with the Global Demand Center (GDC) marketing team to direct how Microsoft competes globally? We are looking for a passionate, driven analytics expert to join the Analytics Team and deliver insights to influence how Microsoft understands and engages with its customers through the marketing journey. As an analyst, you have the opportunity to collaborate with partners across the marketing ecosystem to drive the insights that refine, evolve, and optimize

• Create and manage deliverables against detailed project plans with clear communication of applicable insights that impact business outcomes • The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in how to intersect media planning/buying strategy, data, advanced analytics and business strategy to drive and improve business results. • Build strong relationships with and consult with marketing, finance, and business teams to align strategy, define and answer their most important business questions, and advise on how to best leverage media investments to drive business results • Drive a culture
• Must have 3+ years of experience in digital media analytics • Resource must have strong functional understanding of contemporary media analytics, advertising technology and techniques • Strong stakeholder management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving media reporting issues • Experience leading and managing media platform technology projects from ideation through installation • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights relevant to media teams • Solid written and verbal communication skill with
