The ideal candidate will have issues management experience, an extremely strong bias for action and sense of ownership, and be energized by identifying and rapidly responding to a wide range of complex issues involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. This person will be able to effectively work within a small team, while rolling up their sleeves and getting stuff done – no detail will be too small and they'll never say "that's not my job". Bachelor’s degree · Minimum of 3 years of public relations experience · A track record of effectively owning process creation, management, and improvement · Experience building robust communications programs and delivering results · Excellent writing and verbal communications skills- Issues management experience at a public company, ideally a large and well-known brand - Minimum of 1 years of experience on rapid response issues management - Experience with Salesforce
