We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support our rapidly growing and evolving customer and delivery experience and global fulfillment teams. We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude and great organizational skills to help us innovate for our customers. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills as this position involves direct contact with our business teams. In addition, you must have great attention to detail, and must be able to work independently in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. You also need common sense, great judgment, and a sense of humor. Your responsibilities will include negotiation and documentation of a variety of third-party contractual relationships, including carrier agreements, amendments, work orders, and NDAs; developing internal processes to track transactions, licenses and permits from
· 3+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department, with primary and autonomous responsibility for reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts · Bachelor's degree· Previous in-house legal experience or law degree
