The successful candidate will be a key part of the operations team and will be responsible for project managing new Sortation Centers (SC) planning, design and construction. This will include the extension of existing facilities and any new sites. The Contract Administrator will play an integral role in the development and implementation of the North American facility network infrastructure. This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management. It requires a person who can show proven ability in the planning and design, and project management / control of new and the enhancement of existing facility buildings. Responsibilities Include: · Provide day-to-day contract administration support for standardized construction contracts, NDA’s, services

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related business field or a Paralegal Certificate. · 5+ years of experience in contract administration within a real estate, construction or legal environment. · Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts. · Experience with a variety of construction and design contract types (e.g., firm fixed price, time and materials, cost reimbursable) strongly preferred. · Meticulous attention to detail. · Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. · Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel. · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building
