Self-Service Support team Content Strategist to
Amazon Advertising is looking for a customer-obsessed and collaborative Content Strategist to join a new Self-Service Support team. This team will ensure that Advertisers using our applications can answer their own questions or solve their own problems whenever possible, and have an easy path to contact Amazon when it’s not possible. The Content Strategist will: · Determine Advertiser support needs by working backwards from Advertiser contacts, user research, and partnering with Product Owners · Create highly effective support content in English for all marketplaces · Identify and integrate relevant existing multimedia content into Help, or create new multimedia content · Lead external agency work to create additional multimedia content as-needed · Facilitate sign-off from Product, Legal, and Public Relations business partners · Facilitate the localization and translation of support content · Publish content in all languages · Monitor Help performance and make targeted improvements · Perform

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field · Exceptional writing skills (in English) · Demonstrated experience creating multimedia (graphics, explainer videos, and/or elearning) · Experience working in a CMS platform · Intermediate HTML and/or XML skills · Demonstrated success at learning and explaining business processes · Experience with DITA · Native fluency in a second language · Experience with or exposure to Amazon Retail or Amazon Seller business processes · 2 years relevant experience in multimedia localization
