MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Communicate complex business concepts in engaging, effective online support content; write and organize supporting content for products; determine the needs of users of technical documentation; edit, standardize and/or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel; standardize content across platforms and media; develop and maintain online help documentation; author, maintain, translate and publish internal and external online content to improve Amazon's North America customer service capabilities and overall customer experience; create and maintain customer-facing instructional and technical content for publication on Amazon's external websites for North America; and develop and publish internally instructional content for Amazon's Customer Service Central repository; study product samples, review published materials and recommend revisions in scope, format, content and methods of reproduction and binding; confer with customer
PRIMARY REQUIEMENTS: Bachelor's degree (of foreign equivalent) in Journalism, English, Literature, Communications, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related experience as a Technical Writer, Editor or related.
