This role owns management and development of key policies of the Amazon compliance and ethics program, including our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, related procedures, third-party due diligence, and managing global training programs for employees. We are looking for a critical thinker and talented writer to own the development and ongoing improvement of our Business Conduct and Ethics program, which applies globally to all of our businesses. An ideal candidate will combine a thoughtful and innovative approach to compliance, strong writing skills, an ability to think big, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail to improve the program. You must be able to work efficiently and independently to manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations
