· Relevant experience in a technical curriculum development role. · 1+ years demonstrated experience developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, knowledge assessments and other training materials. · Experience designing, developing and evaluating assessments and using the assessment output data for performance and training improvements. · Ability to apply adult learning principles and incorporate this into curriculum design and development. · Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development
