The WFS Associate Attraction team is looking for a seasoned Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team. This team creates successful Channel Marketing approaches by partnering with both our external job board vendors as well as our internal Recruitment Marketing teams to drive strategy and generate applications, delivering short-term results while optimizing
· 5+ years of experience Channel Marketing or similar field · Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Business or Marketing or Human Resources · Vendor relationship management skills · Experience with price modeling and negotiations · Proven track of record of identifying gaps in process and continuous process improvement · Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and analysis · Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders · Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others · Passion
