The Commercial Licensing team influences the licensing program decisions our partners and customers make. As we transform and modernize our $45+ billion volume licensing business over the next few years, we need a seasoned leader who is adept at understanding field, partner and customer needs and can translate them into actionable change management initiatives to drive consumption and enhance audience
Key accountabilities include: Provide marketing and sales leadership for key change management initiative driven by Modern Commerce vision Build, execute, and land effective and comprehensive go-to-market strategies across field, partners and customers audiences for each initiative Create and evolve value propositions and marketing content, as well as develop compelling messaging that resonates with key audiences Work across disciplines, product groups and segments to ensure alignment on key priorities, messaging and GTM plans. Educate stakeholders and global execution teams on initiative objectives
Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or equivalent with 10 years experience - required Passion for landing change – understanding of the ADKAR model Strong business acumen and analytical mindset ; Any of the following highly desired – field and partner experience, marketing, sales enablement, licensing Effective multi-faceted communicator – writing, verbal (including public speaking) and Powerpoint Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment Interest in contributing to a diverse and inclusive team Demonstrated ability to drive impact through influencing others
