· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field · 3+ years of professional experience in capacity planning, business analysis or comparable consumer planning and analytics position · Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively / detail-oriented. · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and an ability to effectively partner with business and operations stakeholders. · Proven problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills · Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment · Masters
