The Area Capability Lead is responsible for three core priorities: Drive Actionable Insights * Define, deliver, and drive clear progress against user feedback mechanisms and contribute to a prioritized summary of multi-Area insights and actions for resolution from the feedback mechanisms through proactive collaboration with ACL peers and other IT peers. * Be the IT business partner for the Area, representing the entire IT portfolio/roadmap across applications, data, infrastructure, Client, and other IT key initiatives. * Deliver a fact based and prioritized Area Heatmap and drive actionable insights
* Executive presence and awareness at a high proficiency level * Impact and influence skills at a high proficiency level * Deep understanding of at least one of Microsoft's customer segment business models (Enterprise, Services, OCP, etc.): business model, role, process, tool, and information perspectives. * Process skills at a medium proficiency level * Change management skills at a medium proficiency level * Business analysis skills at a medium proficiency level * Business architecture skills at a basic proficiency level Preferred, not required: * Executive maturity and presence with proven capabilities
