Our Customer Services and Support (CSS) team is on the front lines with our Customers - C onsumer and Enterprise - helping them get the most from their technology investments. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Resource Management Leader with demonstrated experience of Resource Management for large global organizations to lead the Resource Management portfolio for CSS Support Business Units (SBUs) . This role will be responsible for R esour c e M anagement , C reating S taffing P lans , M onitoring adherence to O rg B lueprint , and M anaging O nboarding for incoming and existing SBU R esources .
S upport B usiness U nit (SBU) Staffing and Resource Management Work with SBU leader to collect staffing supply requirements based on workload demand in respective SBUs , ensuring the right balance of FTE, supplier, and contingent staffing, to ensure short and long term business objectives are met . Profile the skills and competencies sought in an ideal candidate for vacant roles and the required timing for hire . Work with internal resources such as Workforce Strategy to make a plan for sourcing and hiring to partner with SBU leader s to create proactive plans aligned with broader CSS strategies
10+ years of Business Leadership Experience; self-motivated, confident working at a Senior Executive Level and comfortable working in a matrixed organization Demonstrated experience in/understanding of how technical needs of delivery organizations translate to skills needed, and of Blueprint and Resourcing Models/Requirements of Delivery organizations. Demonstrated Global Communication Skills, to ensure delivery teams are aware of and/are adopting best practices and Blueprint guidelines.
