In this role, you’ll be part of the Human Resources organization and work closely with HR, Finance, Economists and Compensation teams across the globe, building on your strong engineering and analytical skills to support the team with regular production of metrics and analytics that are meaningful and scalable. You’ll provide leadership to ensure that our metrics and analytics are produced and are aligned to the strategic goals of the organization. Successful candidates will have experience in large corporate environments, very strong data engineering, statistical and analytical capabilities and the ability to influence with data-driven recommendations,

· Bachelor’s degree · Experience in SQL and ability to create queries using SQL · Experience with multiple BI platforms such as MicroStrategies, Tableau, OBIEE. · Strong skills using Microsoft Office products, expert in Excel · Ability to rapidly create dynamic charts and graphs from complex data using ad hoc techniques (such as pivot tables, VBA) · 3+ years of professional experience with a heavy emphasis on blend of data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence tools · Knowledge and application of statistical techniques· Experience working with HR, Recruiting, Compensation or other confidential
