From statistical analysis, predictive analytics, reporting, and requirements gathering, we’ll do it all! All with an aim to more effectively develop our most valuable of all resources – our people! The Sr Business Analytics Manger occupies a unique role at the intersection of business, technology, finance, marketing, statistics, data mining, and social science. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about working with large datasets and be someone who loves to bring data together to answer key business questions. You should have deep expertise in the creation and management of datasets
· Bachelor's in Business Analytics or similar field or equivalent experience in lieu of education · 5+ years Managing Employees · 5+ years Professional experience in analytics or other quantitative disciplines · 5+ years of Relevant work experience in data science, business analytics, finance, business intelligence (BI), or comparable analytics positions handling large, complex data sets · 5+ plus years Experience with modeling and analysis including statistical analysis, operations research and management science and data mining · 5+ Experience with visualizing data with business intelligence
