Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is seeking enthusiastic and high-caliber individuals to drive delivery innovation and performance to the next level. GSF supports the operations and supply chain for Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, 3P / Whole Foods, and other businesses. Along with these core businesses, GSF has future plans for ground-breaking customer offerings to dramatically improve click-to-deliver speeds, product selection, and expansive coverage to create a best-in-class delivery strategy. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the rest of the Delivery team to define the metrics that need to be in place for the launch of this new delivery strategy, work with the BIE teams to make sure the data is available, and build the reports and visualizations that the operators will depend on to improve their processes, and thereby the customer experience. Post launch, the Business analyst will be responsible for working with the team to build reports that will drive insights into
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Finance, or related discipline · Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau · 3+ years of hands-on industry experience in business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role · Advance knowledge of statistical analysis using R and similar platforms · Analytical horsepower to break down complex problems, and a strong will to deliver results · Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format
