Perfect Pay Team Business Analyst within
Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst within the Employee Services Perfect Pay Organization to deliver insights about the pay experience. This person will use subject-matter expertise, data analysis skills, and excellent communication skills to measure the current state, discover and disambiguate trends, and provide supporting documentation. The ideal candidate would be excited to explore, understand, and improve a wide variety of HR business processes from an analytical and hands-on, operational standpoint. As an analyst on the Perfect Pay Team, you will be responsible for developing methods to measure and provide insights to how the Employee Services Teams improve their ability to reduce defects. Additionally, you will support the development of new metrics and ways of measuring and improving the employee pay experience on a global scale.

· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience · Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivots, charts, formulas) or of a major reporting platform (Tableau, PowerBI, QuikView, Cognos, etc.) · 2+ years of relevant experience · Experience reporting using AWS QuickSight or Tableau · Knowledge of SQL and VBA · Working with qualitative data · Process improvement certification or experience · Ability to deal with ambiguity working in a fast-paced environment · Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication skills
