As a business analyst, you will be part of a program to generate business insights based off of rich quantitative data. You will work closely with the user experience (UX), product management, engineering, and data analytic platform teams to ensure the right data are gathered in the right way to generate actionable insights into how our customers (i.e. candidates, employees, managers, and HR team members) -- interact with People Tech and HR systems. · Bachelor's degree required (majors in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent field strongly preferred) · 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst, data scientist or similar job function · 2+ years’ experience using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, SSAS Cubes, etc.) · 2+ years’ Experience with Excel, Access, SQL, and Perl or other scripting languages· MBA or Master’s in a related field · Experience supporting small to medium sized projects involving complex data sets and high variability
