· 2+ years of relevant Business Analyst professional experience. · Proven examples of leadership and ability to drive results. · Mastery of SQL and Excel. · Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or 2+ years of Amazon experience for internal applicants.· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Proven success with managing and executing large projects. · Working knowledge Python or R. · Experience in statistical analysis.
