Come help Amazon expand globally! The Workforce Staffing (WFS) PMO team manages business operations, planning, and forecasting to support the hiring of hundreds of thousands of humans every year. In addition to business analysis and insights, we leverage big data to help our leaders focus their efforts in ways that will engage their recruiters to deliver their goals. In this role, you will help develop the function and support demand planning, workforce optimization, and measuring KPIs. This role requires an individual with a passion for efficiency, a drive to apply advanced analytics (reporting, optimization, simulation, forecasting) to WFS operations, and the ability to thoroughly understand the needs of the customer. The successful candidate is one who thrives on understanding recruiting processes, its data sources, and answering challenging business questions to improve the effectiveness of WFS operations.
