Design and implement reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Monitor existing metrics, and develop and propose new metrics. Work across customer services organization to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders. Develop requirements and specifications with business and development teams. Analyze, diagnose and recommend required changes to optimize the work from home experience for customers and employees. Utilize SQL and SAS to manipulate data into the necessary structure including outlier analysis data inking, missing variable treatment, and data exploration.
