Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst in a fast growing team for Planning and Analytics division on Operations Engineering. The role will be focusing on North American fulfillment network. This position will allow you to use and develop your soft and technical skills to the fullest by creating simple solutions to complex problems for rapidly growing businesses. This role will be working together with project managers and multiple stakeholders, and will need to be comfortable with design, creating metrics, building tools, supporting reporting/analysis, and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team across the business. The candidate will also need to be comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and effectively communicating prioritization to stakeholders.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. · Minimum three(3) years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role · Excel skills including conditional formatting, experience using data tables, and solver, create and modify pivot tables · Experience building scalable models · Experience communicating to large, diverse groups, including stakeholders from cross functional internal organizations · Previous experience working with Material Handling Equipment · Basic working knowledge of software like Tableau and Minitab·
