If this sounds like you, join our Private Label marketing team. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Senior Brand Manager to oversee home furnishing brands. In this role, you will build product awareness, create demand, and drive revenues for critical growth initiatives in the Private Brands organization. Key responsibilities: · Drive the strategy for select brands including customer analysis, positioning, product selection, product lifecycle management, and awareness · Analyze industry trends to influence the product roadmap · Deep dive metrics and leverage data to direct strategy · Project manage strategic initiatives · Innovate and scale brand marketing processes · Partner and with cross-functional teams to deliver business

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing, brand, or product development experience in the home furnishing space. He or she will have a strong sense of ownership, high visual and editorial bar, as well as a deeply analytical mindset. · 4+ years in marketing, product management, product development, and/or project management is required. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications · Exceptional written and oral communication abilities · Proficient in Excel and SQL. · Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop marketing strategies
