Amazon's Lifecycle Engagement Organization (LEO) is looking for a passionate, insightful, results-oriented Business Intelligence engineer to help manage our ever-growing information needs and support analysis of increasingly complex business and financial questions related to Prime per member spend (PMOPS). The LEO team owns Customer Lifecycle segmentation and provides Amazon a consistent framework for comparing customer engagement across countries and over time, and creates a backbone against which we can unify the variety of customer segmentation frameworks around the company. The ideal BI candidate will be responsible for supporting and partnering with Prime, SCOT, NA Consumer and International Consumer teams to drive customer facing initiatives to increase Prime per member Spending as well as analysis as it relates to Prime Membership, Plans and Benefits. The candidate will be on a team of BI's/Data Engineers and will have support from high performing BI's across LEO. At Amazon, understanding

· Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math or related field; or equivalent experience · +5 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science preferably in an internet-based company with large, complex data sources, or in an analysis or research role with progressively increasing responsibility. ·Expert level proficiency with SQL, ETL, AWS Red Shift solutions and databases in a business environment ·Proven experience with reporting and visualization using Tableau, Cognos cubes or other data visualization and reporting packages. ·Proven analytical
