The AWS Solution Provider Deal Enablement Manager is an integral member of Amazon Web Services Solution Provider Program focused on facilitating opportunities with Solution Providers, streamlining complex processes, and working with multiple stakeholders within AWS to execute deals. In this role you will work closely with Partners, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and AWS teams to keep the sales process moving. You will be responsible for ensuring deals are structured and negotiated, both adhering to the policies and processes of the Solution Provider

· Bachelor’s degree required · 5+ year experience in channel programs, channel operations, business practices, sales and/or operations experience. · Experience in leading contract negotiations and/or working on custom deals · Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations · Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic work environment · Experience working with Global System Integrators or Consulting Partners · Strong verbal and written communications skills · Entrepreneurial, self-starter · Consistently exceeds key performance metrics · Experience with Salesforce
